Cancellation Policy for NP Krissy

We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes plans change. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellations or Rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need of care.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification, a late cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.

Deposit Requirement
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your session cost. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited.

Refunds and Application of Deposit
Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance or if the client fails to show up. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us promptly, and we will do our best to accommodate you or reschedule without penalty, at our discretion.

Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances arise. If you experience a situation that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Repeated Cancellations
Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments may be subject to more restrictive scheduling policies, including prepayment for future appointments.

Acknowledgment of Terms
By booking an appointment with NP Krissy, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms. This policy is in accordance with applicable local or state business regulations.

Payment Terms
Deposits can be paid via credit card or other approved methods at the time of booking. The remaining balance of your session is due on the day of your appointment.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding this cancellation policy, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Kristina Abbott.
